Project Description
In this project, we were commissioned to develop the official key art for NADIA, a short drama exploring the silent pressures of ambition, family expectations, and emotional restraint beneath the surface of elite gymnastics.
The goal was to visually capture the tension between external perfection and internal struggle — reflecting the unspoken dynamic between father and daughter while honoring the film’s poetic and intimate tone. The poster needed to feel restrained, powerful, and emotionally charged without relying on overt drama.
Our approach centered on minimalism and metaphor. We crafted a visual concept that balanced strength and fragility — using negative space, controlled composition, and subtle symbolism to suggest the weight Nadia carries rather than explicitly showing it. The final key art communicates discipline, silence, and the quiet breaking point — inviting the viewer to look beneath the surface.
